According to foreign reports, fliq vapor, an American e-cigarette company, has submitted PMTA for its eight flavors of disposable products, and has received the acceptance letter of its pre marketing tobacco product application (PMTA).
Jimmy arazi, chief executive officer of fliq vapor, said fliq vapor did submit a PMTA compliant document and related tobacco master document (tpmf) document in time for the September 9, 2020 deadline, with an application of more than 75000 pages.
According to Jimmy arazi, fliq vapor maintains an FDA registered analytical laboratory that conducts a complete analysis of fliq XL products and will ensure the required laboratory tests, including pharmacokinetics, harmful and potentially harmful ingredients (HPHC), and product stability, and provide the results to fliq vapor and FDA.
