According to the US tobacco network, the FDA will regulate all tobacco products.
It includes: cigarettes, hookah, electronic cigarettes, soluble tobacco products, smoke-free tobacco products, cigars, self-made cigarettes, pipe cigarettes and future new tobacco products that meet the legal definition.
In fact, the US FDA has recently completed a revision of the new rules on tobacco products, extending its regulatory authority to all tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes, cigars, hookah and pipe cigarettes, as part of its public health improvement objectives.
In response, Mr. JD Mitch Zeller, director of the FDA tobacco products center, explained that under the new regulations, regulators are taking measures to protect Americans from tobacco products, ensure that these tobacco products have health warning labels, and restrict the sale of tobacco products to minors.
