According to foreign reports, kaival Brand Innovation Group Co., Ltd. (OTC qb:kavl) announced that bidi vapor, LLC (“bidi vapor”) successfully completed the regulatory process to enter seven other international markets, thus extending the products to 11 countries.
Kaival brands is the exclusive distributor of bidi vapor’s main product bidi? Stick, designed for adults aged 21 and older and currently under review by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration PMTA.
These new international markets include Spain, France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and the Czech Republic, as announced by the company’s management during the investor update conference call on April 14, 2021.
Earlier, on March 31, 2021, the kaival brand announced that bidi vapor had market licenses in four countries (Australia, New Zealand, Russia and the UK).
‘we are very excited to look for international opportunities,’ said niraj Patel, chief executive of kaival brands.
After successful pre marketing authorization from the UK regulator, the medicines and health products authority or MHRA, the kaival brand announced its entry into the European market on March 31, 2021.
All 11 bidi? Stick products (subject to 2% nicotine and other UK restrictions) are listed on the MHRA website. Bidi vapor was also informed of the tobacco products directive and was given its European community identification code. Bidi vapor has also recently ®️ Stick batteries are fully compliant with UK regulations and have been certified as follows (WEEE, ukca RoHS, ukca EMC and cb60335 and 62133).
