Introducing a game changer in the disposable vape market—The OXBAR Magic Maze Pro (10k). The first ever disposable vape to feature adjustable wattage (11 to 15 watts).
The device is rated for up to 10k puffs and holds 18 mL of 5% nic salt, with your choice of 21 flavors—with 11 of them made by juice manufacturer Pod Juice.
Other notable features of the Magic Maze Pro include an adjustable airflow controller (MTL to RDL), and a smart LED screen that monitors juice and battery levels, as well as displaying wattage settings. Under the hood, the device houses a 650 mAh USB-C rechargeable battery that powers a high-performance 1.0-ohm mesh coil for warm, quick-activating puffs.
Setting aside all the features and options, where the Magic Maze Pro really shines is in the vapor, flavor, and draw. As far as I’m concerned, the Magic Maze Pro is the new standard for vape quality in a disposable.
However, all is not perfect. In this review, I’ll explain why the Magic Maze Pro is both worthy of applause and a few heckles.
Price: $14.99 (at Element Vape)
Flavors: Apple melon, blue razz, blueberry strawberry dragonfruit, cherry coolade, cranberry lemon ice, fruit paradise, fruity pebz, mighty mint, Pineapple lemon ice, pink burst chew, and more.
NOTE: We’ve been informed that the battery on the Magic Maze Pro has been updated, and it is now 900 mAh. The samples we tested were equipped with a 650 mAh battery, but if you buy a Magic Maze Pro today, it will come with a larger battery.

The OXBAR Magic Maze Pro is a compact, box-mod-style disposable. Its dimensions are 88 mm x 50.0 mm x 22.2 mm, and it weighs 80.5 grams. It’s both small and lightweight enough to carry in your pocket all day. But if you’re the skinny jeans type, there’s an included lanyard for those with a deficit in pocket space.
The design of the Magic Maze Pro is simple and straightforward. The top portion is a clear plastic exterior that reveals an embossed grid with a color gradient on the inside. Although vibrantly colored, it’s visually intriguing and adult-looking.
The mouthpiece sits up top, off to the side (next to the lanyard hook). It’s a flat duckbill-style mouthpiece. Not as flat as the Funky Lands Ti7000, but flatter than the Friobar MX 10K. Of all the disposables I can think of, the Magic Maze Pro has the most comfortable mouthpiece I’ve used.
Taking the MAGIC MAZE Pro out of the package, you can begin puffing immediately. It’s an automatic draw device, meaning there are no buttons to push for taking a hit. The device does have a button, but it’s for the wattage setting—not a power button. Let’s look into the interface in more detail.
Adjustable wattage
The wattage button is located on the lower right of the front panel, just below the LED screen. The wattage ranges from 11 to 15 watts. Each press of the button increases the output by one watt until it cycles back to the beginning.
Adjustable airflow
Situated at the bottom next to the USB-C port, you’ll find the airflow controller. This slide switch can be moved towards the USB-C port for a tight MTL-style draw (best with lower wattage) or to the left for a more open airflow (higher wattage) that allows a direct lung hit. The airflow doesn’t have specific settings, so you can adjust it to your preference and leave it. The switch won’t shift unless you intentionally move it.
LED screen
The LED screen displays three sets of numbers:
- Wattage setting: Between 11 and 15. This number is indicated with a small “W” next to the percentage. The wattage only appears when you adjust it or press the button twice.
- E-liquid capacity remaining: After taking a puff, this percentage appears (next to a small drop icon). It only stays on the screen for about 2 seconds.
- Battery level: After taking a puff, this is the second percentage that will appear (indicated by a small lightning bolt). This stays on the screen for about 5 seconds.
All in all, it’s easy to understand once you know what the numbers represent. However, the little icons that appear with the percentages are small, so it can be a little hard at times to distinguish which number is on the screen. If you want to see the percentages and wattage settings without taking a puff, just press the button twice. The wattage will display first, then the liquid capacity, then the battery level.
The OXBAR Magic Maze Pro hits like a dream. Regardless of whether you prefer MTL or RDL, this device delivers a warm, fast hit that’s packed with flavor.
With the airflow setting I use (fully open,) I prefer the restricted lung hits. Both MTL and RDL draw types work well with the Magic Maze Pro, but I find the restricted lung hit to be the most enjoyable with the wattage set at 15.
OXBAR Magic Maze Pro best flavors
The OXBAR Magic Maze Pro has an impressive array of flavors that, I’m certain, can satisfy any vaper’s palate. My first reaction to taking a puff was, “damn!” I was super impressed. What’s even better is that the 21 flavors run the gamut from traditional fruit-based options to more exotic and unique combinations. Out of the 21 flavors, 11 are made by juice manufacturer Pod Juice. If you’re tired of boring disposable vapes with the same tired flavors, check out what OXBAR has. Here are some of my favorites:
Rainbow Blast: An explosion of vibrant, fruity flavors that dance on your tongue.
Watermelon Remix Ice: A refreshing blend of sweet watermelon and something else. Whatever it is, this cool watermelon flavor is saturated with flavor (unlike most watermelon vapes that taste subtle).
Jewel Mint (Pod Juice): A lively, juicy mint. It’s like many “Miami mint” flavors but more bold and flavorful.
Strawberry Watermelon: A sweet and vibrant mix of natural-tasting strawberry and watermelon. The cooling sensation is about medium and works well with the flavor. OXBAR does watermelon right!
Blue Razz: A burst of tangy blue raspberry with light cooling.
Although I think the flavors from OXBAR are great, I didn’t love them all at first. Like the Sakura grape. I thought it was a bit too floral or something. But after I finished all the other ones I had, I ended up finishing Sakura grape, too. The flavor performance of these disposables is so good I still got enjoyment out of a flavor I didn’t care for.
As much as I love the OXBAR Magic Maze Pro, it does have its drawbacks. Unfortunately, longevity is its Achilles’ heel. With only 650 mAh, the device tends to consume juice and power at a rapid rate, and the juice indicator doesn’t always provide an accurate depiction of the remaining e-liquid.
For example, my Jewel Mint showed 0% juice left, yet it continued to deliver good flavor. Conversely, my Sakura Grape was at 40% capacity but began to taste dry. On average, these devices seem to hold up for about three charges, with one lasting about a day’s worth of heavy vaping.
Charging the battery is the same as any other disposable vape, but the catch lies in the duration. Charging these disposables takes considerably longer than most—a staggering 105 minutes, to be precise. That’s kind of insane for a disposable.
- Box mod shape feels appropriate for the performance
- Flat mouthpiece is a real treat to use
- The first disposable with adjustable wattage
- Incredible flavor and vapor output
- Adjustable airflow works well for MTL and RDL
- LED screen is easy to read
- Percentages for liquid and battery can be confusing
- Low battery life
- The liquid indicator isn’t accurate
- Long charge (105 minutes)
The OXBAR Magic Maze Pro raises the bar for performance out of a disposable. The flavor and vape quality are remarkable! With adjustable wattage and airflow control, it truly caters to both beginners and experienced vapers.
However, it does fall short in terms of battery life and the accuracy of its liquid and battery indicators. The long charging time is also a tough pill to swallow.
Despite these drawbacks, my overall experience was overwhelmingly positive. I say “was” because I vaped all my Magic Maze Pro devices until they were dry.
Highly recommended, but with the longevity issues being the caveat. If those issues were fixed, I would give the OXBAR Magic Maze Pro a 10 out of 10.
