Comprised of just four components: propylene glycol (PG), vegetable glycerin (VG), food-grade flavourings and nicotine, e-liquids are designed with flavour and vapour in mind.

Widely considered the best e-liquids in the UK due to their versatility, 50:50s combine even measures of PG and VG for a balanced production of flavour, throat hit and cloud-like vapour.
50:50s are compatible with a wide range of devices and coils but are best suited to higher resistance coils (1.0ohm and above with mouth to lung (MTL) capabilities). Available in 37 different flavours across six flavour ranges and four different nicotine strengths, 50:50s are a great starter liquid to help vapers gradually reduce nicotine intake. Like Nicotine Salts, 50:50s contain an even blend of PG and VG for a great balance of flavour and vapour. Unlike Nic Salts, however, 50:50s contain freebase nicotine which is less harsh on the throat than salt nicotine. Freebase nicotine is thought to be the purest form of nicotine and is made by adding ammonia to nicotine to increase its bioavailability.
A “next generation” e-liquid, Nicotine Salts consist of nicotine from naturally occurring salt that is found within tobacco leaves. It typically produces higher strengths of nicotine than other e-liquid formulations without being too harsh on the throat. It is also more easily absorbed into the bloodstream than e-liquids containing freebase nicotine.
Available in a selection of different flavours across the Desserts, Sweets, Fruits, Ice, Menthol and Tobacco ranges, Nicotine Salts are available in nicotine strengths of 20mg and 10mg. The two strengths allow vapers to gradually decrease their nicotine intake overtime to become completely smoke, vape and nicotine-free.
Like 50:50s, “30:70 e-liquids” refers to the balance of key components within an e-liquid. 30:70s contain a high VG content and produce dense clouds. Sometimes referred to as cloud-chasing juice or sub-ohm e-liquids, Dinner Lady’s 30:70s produce impressive vapour and flavour.
The high VG content makes 30:70s best suited to vape kits that are compatible with lower resistance coils (1.0ohm and below) for a direct to lung (DTL) vape with impressive vapour production. As the dense clouds tend to be milder, sweeter and smoother than e-liquids with a higher PG content, 30:70s produce a less intense throat hit and are thought to be the best vape e-juice for vapers wishing to vape all day.
Like 30:70s, Shortfills contain a high VG content that is great for sub ohm vaping. Unlike 30:70s, Shortfills do not contain any nicotine. This means that Shortfills are available to buy in much larger bottles while complying to TPD regulations in both the UK and EU vape markets.
Dinner Lady’s Shortfills contain 50ml of e-liquid within a 60ml bottle, thus allowing space to add a 10ml 18mg nicotine shot for a quick and convenient “shake n vape” that contains 3mg nicotine. Damn, Dinner Lady. All of these flavors were absolutely delicious, and there’s very little bad I can say about them. What I really like about the range is that they’re subtle and taste like the real thing. I’d add that I usually pass on retro desserts. So it’s true, vaping really can expand your palette.

Ok, so I’ve been completely won over. I stand by what I said at the top of this review; I wasn’t entirely enthused by all of the previous Dinner Lady line. They were good e-liquids, I just didn’t rate them as highly as the rest of the team. However, this for me is true English dessert e-liquids at their best…..and I agree, they now deserve their place at the top of our list.
Also, it’s clear why they have called the line ‘Aroma,’ as soon as you open the bottles it’s as if you’re transported back to your Granny’s kitchen with the pleasant smell of baked lusciousness.
If my old school dinner ladies ever made desserts that tasted this good, I’m sure I’d be about 3 stone heavier! They are an impressive collection of bakery e-liquids, and it seems Dinner Lady have upped their game to dominate this category.
