Recently, Lada Mokrousova, the mayor of Saratov, Russia, once again urged the public to pay attention to the issue of illegal sale of tobacco and alcohol to minors.
Mokrusova admits that despite the ban on promoting and selling these products to minors, children occasionally manage to acquire deadly “toys” such as e-cigarettes and alcoholic beverages by deceiving adults or asking them to purchase them.
Mokrushova urges the public to submit applications to the police department’s management, calling for an increase in the frequency of inspection and control activities. She has requested that all residents of the city become aware of this issue and refrain from participating in “pranks” involving children.
