On November 24, according to foreign reports, Missoula, Montana, U.S. hopes to ban the addition of spices to electronic cigarettes and steam products, but not traditional cigarette products.

Misura City Council will vote today on the “tobacco Ordinance prohibiting the sale of spice electronic tobacco products”.

It will also ban self access to all tobacco products. Before the vote, the city’s public safety and Health Committee approved an amendment to a proposed regulation on Wednesday that sought to ban the sale of all flavored tobacco products in the city. The bill was first introduced last month.

Last Wednesday, the Committee on public safety and Health approved the amendment by nine votes to two. The Ordinance will be introduced into the Legislative Council for final consideration today.

Prior to the changes to the proposed regulations, there were extensive public comments and criticisms from a number of people, including the misura Regional Chamber of Commerce, who said that the scope of the ban was too wide and would harm local enterprises. The act, CO sponsored by members of Parliament, Mischa Besella, Gwen Jones, Stacy Anderson, Heidi West and Julie Merritt, aims to prevent young people from acquiring and using tobacco and nicotine.

Bessera said the new law focuses on scented e-cigarettes because they have a range of flavors and packaging that are targeted at children.
