According to foreign reports, fresh farms E-liquid, a US brand of cigarette oil, has submitted a pre marketing tobacco product application (PMTA) to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on September 6.

Fresh farms works with key scientific partners to ensure the highest standards of analysis, and with Keller and Heckman’s world-class legal team, fresh farms fully expects its submissions to be accepted and enter into substantive scientific review with the FDA, a press release said.

According to reports, the documents submitted by fresh farms contain dozens of products as it is seeking FDA approval to continue to provide its broad product portfolio, which the company’s leaders believe are perfectly suited to the needs of adults looking for alternatives to traditional flammable tobacco products.

During the PMTA review, the FDA will assess whether there is sufficient scientific data to show a net positive impact on public health by allowing products to be sold as alternatives to traditional tobacco products.

“From day one, we’ve tried to be the best,” said Tony devincestis, chief executive and co-founder of fresh farms. “In terms of our brand, information, team and product quality, our commitment to the PMTA process is no exception. We spent years and countless hours evaluating our products and preparing for this moment, and the initial results were amazing. Ultimately, our goal is to receive a market authorization order from the food and Drug Administration and immediately start post market reporting to them. We plan to be a leader in our industry in the next few years. “

In addition to strict compliance with FDA regulations and submission of PMTA, dfresh farms E-liquid in Southern California has actively led the way to safer packaging with additional warning labels and launched a “no2minors” campaign to raise awareness and reduce the sale of minors to minors. In July, avail vapor teamed up with fresh farms e-liquids, the parent company of fruitia.

James Xu, chairman of avil, said: “we are very pleased that fresh farms has submitted the PMTA. Our customers like the fruitia brand very much, and we look forward to continuing our common mission of providing high-quality and lethal cigarette substitutes for adult smokers.”

From September 9, only those products submitted to the FDA in accordance with its PMTA guidelines can continue to be sold in the U.S. market.
