New vape shops are emerging, like the Purple Fox Smoke Shop in Simpson Bay, which offers a 9,000-puff disposable for $24, making vaping more cost-effective per puff compared to cigarettes. Stephanny Marlin, the shop’s owner, highlights that both locals and tourists frequent her shop, appreciating the odor-free and cost-effective alternatives to cigarettes.
