The UK e-cigarette store will reopen on June 15

Ukvia, the British electronic cigarette industry association, said it was responsible for the government’s announcement on Monday that it would allow electronic cigarette stores to reopen from June 15, 10 weeks after the new crown was blocked.

Ukvia believes that having seen many unknown companies change their business models overnight to adapt to covid-19’s entrepreneurship will mean that they will be able to rebound.

John Dunne, director of ukvia, said the industry’s response to tough conditions was both shocking and exemplary. I know that members who account for a large share of the e-cigarette market have been providing online and home delivery services to 3.2 million e-cigarette users throughout the country day and night. Our members may be frustrated that they are not regarded as essential retail stores as other countries, but they are just beginning to accept them. As an industry association, we have been working with the government to ensure that e-cigarette stores can be opened as soon as the blockade is gradually lifted.

Dunne believes that when the store reopens, the industry will have enough conditions to meet the requirements of social segregation guidance.

Since the start of the ban, all of our retail members have taken measures to alienate society, far beyond the guidance of the government, Dunne said. This will give users confidence when they go to the local store.

Dunne added: ‘our members and the industry as a whole will be happy that the store will be able to reopen from June 15, as it will allow them to provide critical support to customers and important support to customers.
