On November 12, President Trump said on Monday that he would meet with representatives of the e-cigarette industry to solve the current “e-cigarette dilemma”. Among them, children’s health and safety and related industry work will be the focus of the meeting.
Trump’s government said in September that it would ban the sale of flavored e-cigarettes, but it was strongly opposed by the e-cigarette industry and its advocates. They say the ban will deprive many people of jobs and the right to choose to use the product instead of traditional cigarettes.
We know that the United States is a very democratic country. For such a flavor ban decision of the U.S. government, vapers in the United States began to rally and demonstrate to strive for their own reasonable right. Here is a video.
It may be because of the American struggle that Trump said on November 9 that he would release his final decision on e-cigarettes this week. Although Trump did not provide more details about the ruling, he agreed with the protesters that e-cigarettes had become an important industry, and the government was weighing the ban on taste, the age of use and the work of industry practitioners.
Will be meeting with representatives of the Vaping industry, together with medical professionals and individual state representatives, to come up with an acceptable solution to the Vaping and E-cigarette dilemma. Children’s health & safety, together with jobs, will be a focus!

Britain and the United States have totally different attitudes towards vapes. Cameron, the former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, once publicly said that the effect of e-cigarettes on smoking cessation is undeniable, and it is highly recommended to replace cigarettes with vapes. The UK Ministry of health has also published a survey report on the harm of e-cigarettes, which concludes that although e-cigarettes are not completely harmless, they are 95% less harmful than cigarettes. The report is available on the official website of the Ministry of health.
