On the 18th September, the package that was declared “eyebrow pencil, lipstick and Hoodie” attracted the attention of customs officers: only 14 electronic cigarettes and vape products and 1 hoodies were sold in the package which did not accept the delivery service.
The identification by the Forensic Expertise Center of Gongbei Customs Anti-smuggling Bureau confirmed that these tobacco and oil products contain tetrahydrocannabinol, cannabinol and cannabinol, which are the main components of cannabis and belong to the category of prohibited drugs.
On the 19=, the Jiuzhou Customs Anti-smuggling Branch joined Zhuhai Public Security Bureau Gongbei Port Branch to capture three suspects involved in the case. After verification, these electronic cigarette vape juice containing hemp ingredients, co-financed by them, authorized Chinese-American Li Mou-mou to purchase in the United States and ship them into the country for use in vaping. At present, the case is being further investigated.
