Went to Eland today and I agree with your assessment. Well stocked and prices seemed reasonable. Unfortunately staff were not helpful at all. I asked for additional options for tobacco flavors other than the two I had selected and the guy just shrugged and looked at me. When asked if they had parts for my particular device, he went off like he was checking and came back shortly after without an answer… No receipt available when asked, no plastic bag either.
