Russian legislators are discussing a bill that would ban the sale of devices containing more than 20 mg of liquid nicotine, the business man reported.

Sources said the second review of the bill in the Russian State Duma, the lower house of Russia, may be completed by the end of this week.

In order to stay in Russia, Juul needs to reduce nicotine’s share of its device from 50 mg, the source said.
